Shoe Flu Don't Bother Me - Immune Booster Shot

1 orange, peeled

1/2 lemon, juiced (remove seeds)

1 tbsp ginger, grated

1 tsp turmeric

1/4 cup water

optional: 1 tsp honey

Directions:
