This citrus shot is great for when you are starting to feel under the weather and is good for maintaining a healthy immune system. Oranges and lemons are a great source of vitamin C. Lemon is also a powerful antioxidant. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and has a slew of other benefits. Ginger can help build up a compromised immune system and help maintain proper respiratory function. 



1 orange, peeled

1/2 lemon, juiced (remove seeds)

1 tbsp ginger, grated

1 tsp turmeric

1/4 cup water

optional: 1 tsp honey



Blend all ingredients in a Nutri-bullet or blender. Cheers!
