Post Work Out Smoothie - Cacao Mint Delight
This smoothie is great for muscle recovery and recharging your energy. Great choice post work out. Raw cacao is a anti-inflammatory and full of magnesium for a healthy heart and brain. Sunflower seeds are rich in Vitamin E, copper, B Vitamins and provide a healthy source of essential fatty acids. Mint is great for digestion. Ingredients:
1 small banana (can be frozen)
1tbsp cacao
1tbsp sunflower seeds
7 mint leaves
1 tbsp tahini
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
Spinkle with hemp hearts
Directions: Blend all ingredients and indulge immediately.
